Charge up and earn rewards with our new application

The ENGIE Vianeo+ loyalty programme is based on a points system. Users who charge their vehicles via the ENGIE Vianeo application at stations listed in the application can earn points and access exclusive rewards. We provide you with a €5 discount voucher for every 200 points collected.

The loyalty programme is open to individuals who are of legal age and legally able to enter into agreements.

To join the ENGIE Vianeo+ loyalty programme, the customer must download the ENGIE Vianeo application, create an ENGIE Vianeo account and provide their surname, first name and a valid email address. Joining the programme is free of charge.

Membership to the loyalty programme is strictly personal and cannot be transferred to another person. Users may not share or lend their account details to third parties.

The programme is fully digital and your customer account can only be accessed via the ENGIE Vianeo application.

No, the ENGIE Vianeo+ loyalty programme is completely free.

You can register for the programme anywhere in Europe. However, points can only be earned on charging sessions carried out via the application at ENGIE Vianeo stations listed in the application.

If you wish to unsubscribe, you can do so from your customer account on the application. Unsubscribing will result in the immediate and permanent deletion of your loyalty account.

Good to know: If you have accumulated loyalty points, we recommend using your points balance before cancelling, as all points and rewards will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

If you unsubscribe, you can rejoin the loyalty programme at any time. However, previously earned points will not be restored.

The loyalty programme allows you to earn points whenever:
– you carry out a charging session via the application at ENGIE Vianeo charging terminals identified in the application.

Points accumulated from a charging session that has been refunded will be cancelled and removed from your points balance.

Your points will be credited immediately after the charging session and will be visible in your loyalty account.

Your points are valid and can be used for 12 months from the date they are earned so that you can enjoy them for as long as possible.
At the end of the 12 months, your points will expire. This applies to all types of points earned.
Example: if you earned points on 23 November 2024, they will expire on 23 November 2025.

Loyalty points are non-transferable and have no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for money or for their cash equivalent.

The amount paid using a discount coupon will not generate points (Example: you carry out a charging session with a total cost of €15 and use a €5 discount coupon. In this case, you will earn points on €10).

For the moment, you can only earn loyalty points in mainland France (excluding Corsica) by selecting an ENGIE Vianeo station available in the mobile application.
Additional ENGIE Vianeo stations located outside mainland France will soon be eligible for the loyalty programme. These new stations located in Europe will be identifiable in the application.

Once you have accumulated 200 points, a €5 loyalty reward will automatically be credited to your ENGIE Vianeo+ account in the form of a discount coupon. This coupon will be visible in your customer account and will be applied automatically to your next charging session(s). Once the reward has been triggered, your points balance will return to 0 so that you can earn another 200 points and obtain a new reward.

Example: 200 points = €5 discount applied to the amount of your next charging session. If the amount of your charging session is less than €5, the remaining value of the discount coupon will be deducted from your next charging session.

This loyalty reward becomes available immediately (once the payment for the charging session that allows you to reach a balance of 200 points has been validated). It will remain valid for 90 days from the date it becomes available in your loyalty account and must be used before the end of this period.

Example: if you earned a reward on 23 November 2024, it will expire on 21 February 2025.

The loyalty reward is personal and non-transferable. Rewards are subject to availability and may be modified, discontinued or replaced at any time without prior notice.

Information: This feature is currently under development and will be available by 31 December 2024 at the latest. In the meantime, there is no limit to the number of points you can accumulate.

A few weeks after its launch, the loyalty programme will offer a reward in the form of a discount coupon available through your loyalty account:

– A discount coupon:
To unlock a discount coupon, you must reach 200 points. This will automatically generate your coupon, which will be available immediately and automatically applied to your next charging session.

You will then be able to use your coupon within 90 days from the date your points are redeemed. At the payment stage, the coupon will automatically be applied so that you can benefit from a discount of up to €5 on the cost of your charging session. These rewards are subject to availability and may be modified, discontinued or replaced at any time without prior notice.

Please note that discount coupons can only be used for charging sessions launched via the application. You will see your discount coupon applied when you confirm your payment method, and therefore benefit from it.
