How does it work?
It’s very simple:
If you complete 2 charging sessions via the ENGIE Vianeo app, with a minimum amount of €15 per session, during the promotional period (from May 1 to May 31, 2026), you will receive a €15 promo code by email, valid on your next charging session(s).
How do I use the promo code?
Once your second eligible charging session has been completed during the promotional period, you will receive an email containing your promo code.
Simply enter the code directly in the app, in the “My wallet” section (no later than June 7).
That’s it! €15 will be credited to your customer account and automatically deducted from your next charging session(s).
The credit is valid for 60 days after the promo code is entered.

For every charging session started exclusively via the ENGIE Vianeo app, enjoy an additional 10% discount on the displayed public price
(for example, pay €0.54/kWh via the app instead of €0.60/kWh when paying by bank card).

Complete two (2) charging sessions, each with a minimum amount of fifteen (15) euros including VAT, via the ENGIE Vianeo app between May 1 and May 31, 2026, to receive a discount coupon worth fifteen (15) euros, valid on your next charging session(s) carried out via the ENGIE Vianeo app.
To benefit from the offer, the promo code sent by email must be entered into your ENGIE Vianeo+ customer account no later than June 7, 2026 at 11:59 PM.
Once the promo code has been entered, the discount coupon is valid for 60 days, until the credited amount has been fully used.
